This role is located in New York - 4 days in office expectation per week.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Leads multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Transfer Agency. Leads teams who handle any/all aspects of investor servicing - account opening, transaction processing, payments and cash recon, reporting. Senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders. Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.15+ years of total work experience in Fund Administration (Transfer Agency/Investor Services preferably) is preferred with 5-10 years in management/leadership roles. Experience in the various Alternative fund types, including their operating models and different servicing requirements. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $281,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-15
