Shindigs is more than a restaurant — we’re a community gathering spot for great food, cold drinks, and live music. Our kitchen is the heart of the house, and we’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to bring the heat, keep up the pace, and deliver quality plates with pride and precision. What You’ll Do: Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen leadership Assist with prep and inventory as needed Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive during rushes Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card Why Work at Shindigs?
