Superintendent

We are partnering with a leading national general contractor to appoint an experienced Superintendent to deliver large-scale mission critical/data center projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering some of the industry's most complex and technically challenging projects. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and manage trade contractors, self-perform work, site logistics, and construction sequencing. Drive a proactive culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the project team. Monitor project schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain progress against key milestones. Develop and mentor field staff while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists and commissioning support. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. Proven experience building mission critical/data center facilities from ground-up through completion. Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building coordination. Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors. Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling, safety regulations (OSHA), and field operations. Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, FieldWire, or Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
