Job Description
-Greets visitors and obtain name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individual of visitor's arrival.
Answer and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
Maintains logs of all calls requiring further actions.
Performs a varielty of routine clerical tasks
Maintain clean and orderly reception area.
Retrieves, sorts and deliver mail.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
