Seven Healthcare are seeking experienced Float Pool RNs to join a dynamic team in Uniontown, PA. This travel role offers the opportunity to float between MedSurg/Telemetry and Stepdown units, providing crucial care and support in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Float Pool RN

• Provide patient care in MedSurg, Telemetry, and Stepdown units
• Float between MS units, Step-down, IRU (Rehab), and ED holding as needed
• Monitor patients remotely and manage telemetry equipment
• Titrate critical drips including Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
• Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to various patient conditions including post-surgical, cardiac, and end-of-life care

Requirements of the Float Pool RN

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, and/or Stepdown units
• Comfortable with remote telemetry monitoring and titration of critical drips
