Job Title QC Inspector Job Status Non-exempt (Hourly) Pay $28.00 – $33.00/hr. DOE, plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time). CPU skills are required. Primary Purpose To ensure quality on parts being produced throughout the plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Resolves problems between machine operators and leadsperson and/or programmer in regard to quality of products. Inspects sheet metal set up parts from all shifts. Inspects sheet metal parts on the shelf ready for coating. Spot check products for quality from various machines. Field questions regarding processes for handling products and various issues regarding quality. Inspect first article products and check parts to print. Make reports for first article products for internal and external purposes. Fill out and maintain nonconformance forms Other Duties and Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
