Alabama Document Retrieval Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely, the full-time Alabama Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using internal systems, collaborate with the e-Fulfillment team, and participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Exceptional attention to detail Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
