Patient Financial Navigator
Presbyterian Healthcare Services
Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center is seeking a Patient Financial Advocate to screen hospital and medical group accounts, identify residual balances, and assist high-deductible and self-pay patients. You will explain expected out-of-pocket costs and guide eligibility for charity care, Medicaid, and other resources. Responsibilities include coordinating with the billing team for accurate charges, resolving disputed balances, and applying CARES behaviors to educate patients and advocate for #J-18808-Ljbffr Presbyterian Healthcare Services
