Insurance Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Possession of a Property and Casualty license (preferred)
• Possession of a Life and Health license (preferred)
• Excellent self-discipline and time management skills
• Strong self-motivation and a competitive nature
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high level of integrity and ethical behavior

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide suitable insurance solutions to clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Build and maintain a client base through effective relationship management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
• Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and development
