Full-Time Payroll & AP Accounting Specialist (Healthcare)

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support biweekly payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting functions. This role maintains time-and-attendance systems, processes vendor invoices, assists with month-end/year-end closing, and contributes to audits and regulatory reporting.
