Sr. Project Cost Analyst

Looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support large-scale capital projects in a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong forecasting, cost analysis, scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking experience who can work independently and support multiple stakeholders across a project portfolio. Responsibilities: Lead project controls reporting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, budgeting, and change management activities Align project costs with schedules and support portfolio-level reporting Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and cost impacts Support project teams with financial analysis, burn rates, and performance reporting Develop solutions and resolve project controls issues with minimal supervision Collaborate with project managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams in a PMO environment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field 7+ years of project controls experience (11+ years in lieu of degree) Strong understanding of project controls principles, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management Advanced to expert-level Excel skills required Experience with tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Maximo, Access, PeopleSoft, Visio, or similar systems Strong communication and analytical skills Experience in construction, utility, energy, or large capital project environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Spencer Ogden
