Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years preferred License: Valid RN license in TN required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC required Must-Have Skills/Experience: - MedSurg experience Description: This position is for a registered nurse in the Medical Surgical unit. The nurse will work with a patient population that serves all ages. The unit features a 44-bed capacity with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6. The electronic health record system used is Meditech. Reliability and professionalism are essential for this role. The nurse will be expected to float as needed within the facility. Call requirements will be as needed, with the expectation of arriving within 30 minutes if called in. Candidates must possess the required certifications prior to starting. Dress code: any color scrubs are acceptable; no casual wear or hoodies.
