Small Engine Mechanic

Co. is looking for a dependable Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and repair a variety of power equipment used in the construction industry. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy solving mechanical challenges, we'd love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on small engine equipment. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service. Repair gasoline and diesel-powered equipment, including small engines and related components. Troubleshoot hydraulic, fuel, ignition, and electrical systems. Replace worn or damaged parts and complete necessary adjustments. Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate with supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs. Assist with other shop duties as needed. Qualifications Experience repairing and maintaining small engine equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines. Ability to read service manuals and repair documentation. Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
