About the Role:

B5 Investments LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in Watsonville, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a overnight environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being the go-to person when the rest of the world is asleep. Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and account balances

Reconcile daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy of front desk transactions

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with a professional and welcoming demeanor

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously

Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for review

Monitor property security and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff overnight

Balance cash drawers and process end-of-day closing procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in night audit, front desk, or hotel operations preferred

Strong math and accounting skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills

Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a plus
