Specialist Supply Chain Performance CS (m/w/d) in Vilsbiburg für einen internationalen Automobilzulieferer, führend in den Bereichen Elektrik, Elektronik und Interieur, gesucht Dein Aufgabengebiet Managen aller lieferantenbezogenen Tätigkeiten mit Produktgruppen- und Technologie-Expertise; Leiten der Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbasis bzgl. Qualität, Logistik und Betriebsmittelmanagement. Agieren als interner und externer Ansprechpartner innerhalb des eigenen Fachgebiets. Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung von Auswerte- und Analysemethoden. Mitwirken bei der Priorisierung der globalen Lieferantenbasis bzgl. Logistikanforderungen sowie Durchführen und Mitwirken bei der Planung von Lieferantenentwicklungsprogrammen, Lieferantenaudits und Prozessabnahmen. Dokumentieren der Eskalationsprozesse und Kommunizieren von Ergebnissen und Risiken. Ggf. Durchführen von Freigabeaktivitäten. Weiterentwickeln spezifischer Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse innerhalb der Commodity bzgl. Logistikprozessen. Unterstützen der Designtätigkeiten unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen internen und externen Anforderungen sowie Definieren interner Standards. Unterstützen strategischer Lieferantenauswahlprozesse durch Durchführen der Lieferantenerstbesuche und Lieferantenbewertungen aus qualitativer, logistischer Sicht oder aus Sicht der Betriebsmittel als Grundlage für Sourcing-Prozesse und Mitarbeiten im Sourcingprozess. Leiten von Lieferantenaudits (z.B. VDA 6.3) und Prozessfreigaben, Prozessbegehungen, Maßnahmendefinitionen, Maßnahmenverfolgungen. Managen von Lieferantenentwicklungsprogrammen, Definieren von Zielsystemen und Stufenplänen mit den Lieferanten und Beobachten der Lieferantenentwicklung anhand der vereinbarten Ziele. Leiten von Lieferanteninsolvenzen, Erstellen von Betriebsmittelinventarlisten, Prüfen von Eigentumsverhältnissen und Erstellen von Nachweisen, Aufbauen von Sicherheitsbeständen. Managen der Bereichs-relevanten Themen bei L-Initiativen und Kundenaudits (intern und extern) sowie bei Abschlüssen und Erweiterungen von Lieferantenvereinbarungen und Verträgen hinsichtlich Logistikvereinbarungen. Unterstützen des Reklamationsmanagements bei Eskalationen. Sicherstellen und Leiten von Problemhebungsaktivitäten mit Lieferanten. Sicherstellen von Containments, Ursachenanalysen. Dein Profil Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul-/ Hochschulstudium. 5 bis 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie. Auditorenbefähigung wünschenswert (VDA 6.3 oder VDA 6.8Prozess-Auditor Supply Chain, Second Party Auditor). Gute SAP Kenntnisse erforderlich. Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Prozessorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln. Analysefähigkeit und Problemlösung. Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung, Flexibilität.
