Make a meaningful impact as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a K-12 school environment. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through mid-January, offering a rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated services to young learners.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience or interest in a school-based setting, working with K-12 populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individualized student needs

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized therapeutic interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitoring and tracking student performance, preparing required reports, and maintaining proper documentation
• Providing direct and consultative services across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Supporting inclusive, accessible education and fostering a positive learning environment
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
