Up to $23/hour | Maintenance Tech | 2-Week Assignment

Position: Maintenance Tech Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: Up to $23/hour Type: Full-time; Temporary (2-Week Assignment) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Conduct unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution Maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate effectively with property staff and residents Position Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience or strong handyman skills Experience with painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and a basic toolkit (including a drill) Must pass local and national criminal background check Education HVAC & CPO certifications preferred We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
