LPN/Nurse Manager $5K Sign On Bonus $30-$36 7pm-7am (Full-Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager Full‑time position located in Nixa, Missouri. Starting wage: $28.00–$31.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Schedule: Week1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Week2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm–7 am. Responsibilities Serve as the acting supervisor in absence of department heads; lead, supervise, and assist the Wellness team and other departments in providing reliable, person‑centered care. Be present on the floor, promptly responding to call lights and assistance requests; demonstrate urgency and prioritize resident needs. Accurately and efficiently document resident assessments, medical records, and all required internal documents. Provide compassionate, professional care that upholds Arrow’s core values and ensures residents feel safe and valued. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Direct (hands‑on) nursing care experience, including medication passes. Knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication laws, and resident supervision requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping; lift/move up to 50 lbs; assist with two‑person transfers. Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Criminal background check clearance.
