This position is located on-site in Hamilton, WA.The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment activities, supporting floor-level material staging, tracking usage and traceability, resolving supply discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to specific commodity management and production support. This role requires strong organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, problem-solving ability, and collaboration across multiple departments to support safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency goals.Roles & Responsibilities:Performs daily activities following established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelinesMaintains accurate inventory records using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking systemsCollaborates with purchasing and suppliers to support timely replenishment and resolve material shortagesSupports receiving and inspection activities for incoming inventory and tooling componentsConducts inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and floor-level inventory assessmentsMaintains organization, labeling, storage compliance, and workplace cleanlinessCoordinates with production teams to prioritize urgent materials requests and production support requirementsSupports freezer, controlled storage, or specialized inventory management requirements where applicableAssists in identifying opportunities for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency enhancementsEnsures compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and state/federal regulationsActs as liaison between supply chain, warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to facilitate material flow and operational readinessMust work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredSome forklift experience is required; must be able to be trained and pass certificationPrevious warehousing experienceMust possess basic math skills; must be able to work independentlyMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English languageMust possess comprehensive PC skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)Must have capability to learn and use new systemsMust be able to function in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemDue to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree in Supply ChainMachining background to include knowledge of cutters, holdersPrior use with SAPPrevious experience working within an ISO or AS regulated environmentDetailed Wage Information:Salary range for this role is between $30 - $42 an hour plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role.
