Crescent Ebenezer — Maintenance Technician (Full-Time, HVAC Certification Required)

We’re hiring a full‑time Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a beautiful property running smoothly. Schedule

• Full time. Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call/after‑hours rotation for emergencies as needed. Overtime available.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (must be HVAC certified), plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC units, including routine service, filter changes, refrigerant checks, and safety inspections.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally; prioritize tasks to maintain resident satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct property inspections and complete accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Assist with unit turnovers: cleaning coordination, minor repairs, and preparing units for new residents.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment; follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Support team projects and special property initiatives as needed.

Who we’re looking for

• HVAC certification required; additional HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in residential or multifamily properties is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
