Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker with our Aspire Academy Program 16.65in Orem, Utah! In this rewarding role, you'll earn $17.50–$22.17/hour while making a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescent females ages 12–17 receiving intensive mental health treatment. Aspire Academy provides a structured, trauma-informed environment for youth facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. As a Human Service Worker, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and supervision while helping residents develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and work toward long-term success. Schedule: Sunday–Saturday (days are varied), 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (hours are varied)
Compensation: $17.50–$22.17 DOE

What You'll Do as a Human Service Worker

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants
• Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members
• Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
