Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide quality counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.

• Utilize our cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all patient interactions, thereby ensuring adherence to guidelines for Medicaid and Medicare.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting goals based on client progress.
\n
• Facilitate telehealth sessions in a HIPAA-compliant environment, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during virtual appointments.

• Implement therapeutic techniques to support clients in managing their conditions, and provide crisis intervention services when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises a diverse population with varying mental health needs, primarily focusing on underserved communities in Arlington and surrounding areas. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
