Operations Manager – East Cobb Club As an Operations Manager at Crunch Fitness, you will lead the day‑to‑day member and team experience within the club. Your role involves onboarding new members, training staff, and coaching performance to drive membership growth, retention, and satisfaction. Job Summary You will support the General Manager in achieving all membership unit and revenue goals while inspiring both staff and members to succeed. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional first impression each day by ensuring a positive, welcoming environment for members and staff. Drive member integration and sales performance through kickoff sessions, booking increases, and ACH setup. Support retention efforts via cancel‑save processes, follow‑up calls with cancelled members, and month‑over‑month cancel reduction strategies. Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions, ACH enrollment, referrals, and duplication. Organize and execute member engagement events, including monthly appreciation parties and community‑building activities. Manage operational details such as cooler/drink inventory, member billing updates, and reporting accuracy. Conduct weekly leadership meetings with club leaders (GM, AGM, PTM, GFM) to review performance, address challenges, and drive accountability. Oversee implementation and follow‑up on all cleaning systems and protocols to maintain high standards. Review daily and monthly performance reports to identify improvement opportunities and provide training solutions. Actively support the General Manager in achieving all membership unit and revenue targets. What We Look For Outgoing, positive personality with strong leadership presence. Strong communication skills to coach and motivate teams. Organized manager with attention to detail in billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems. Previous leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.
