Kool Logistics Account Manager

Kool Logistics is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Ontario, CA team. What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between customers and carriers — ensuring shipments move smoothly while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing assigned customer accounts Dispatching, tracking, and tracing shipments Soliciting and securing carriers to cover customer loads Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients Identifying new revenue opportunities and collaborating with sales teams Prospecting and onboarding new customers Supporting A/R functions to ensure timely payments Meeting monthly and quarterly load and profit targets Conducting customer visits and annual business reviews Utilizing transportation software systems (including McLeod) effectively You’ll play a critical role in helping the branch achieve revenue and service targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Sales & Customer Service experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of McLeod Software experience (required)
• Strong understanding of transportation operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
