Looking for a PM line cook.
Tuesday - Saturday4PM - Close (9pm T,W,Th 10pm F, Sa) Expectations include stocking, prepping, portioning, cleaning, cooking (sauté, range, grill, fryer), and closing. We usually run 2 people on the line, 1 expo, 1 pantry, and 1 dish. Bilingual kitchen (English/Spanish). Family-owned. We cook traditional and comfort Irish and American food. Occasional upscale specials and events. Pay depends on hours and experience. Free shift meal and shift drink every shift. To-Go tips are shared with kitchen staff.
