Job Title: Sr. Costing Analyst - UGG FootwearReports to: Sr. Manager, Costing - UGG Footwear PS addsLocation: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs the Sr. Costing Analyst for UGG Footwear, you’ll support the assigned category’s costing activities by assisting in the review, analysis, and reporting of product costs throughout the seasonal development cycle. You’ll work closely with Product Development and Creation teams to ensure accurate cost breakdowns, validate pricing data, and help cross-functional teams achieve target margins. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactCollaborate with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, and Asia Costing teams to meet seasonal costing deliverablesReview Cost Breakdown Sheets and partner with stakeholders to resolve product costing challenges and improve product marginsProvide retail price, FOB price, and landed cost analysis to regional product teams for merchandising seasonal linesAssist Product Development in pre-costing seasonal lines to ensure early product build costs are within target rangeManage and validate costing data in FlexPLM system to support the brandBuild Seasonal LOP lists to support Development in factory allocation decisionsWork with product teams to review, confirm, and track brand tooling amortization exposureDevelop and lead ad hoc research projects and reporting as neededWho You AreBachelor’s degree preferred in financial or business analysis, or equivalent work experience4+ years of product costing experience in footwear and/or apparel/accessoriesExperience with financial business reporting and pricing modelsStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with FlexPLM or similar systemsGeneral knowledge of product construction and manufacturingCollaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilitiesWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
