Sunflower Development Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Clinic Support Assistant to help keep our busy pediatric center running smoothly throughout the afternoon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment with children and families.

What You’ll Help With

• Answering phones and assisting with basic front desk needs
• Greeting families and visitors
• Helping with afternoon arrivals and departures
• Keeping the front desk, staff areas, and common spaces organized
• Restocking supplies throughout the center
• Monitoring inventory and supplies
• Assisting with routine supply orders
• Preparing and organizing materials for staff
• Light clerical and administrative tasks
• Copying, filing, laminating, and organizing materials
• Helping with deliveries and packages
• Assisting leadership and staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Helping keep the center organized and running smoothly throughout the afternoon

• Willing to jump in and help where needed
• Able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable using basic computer programs and learning new systems

Previous office, receptionist, childcare, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

This is a hands-on support position and a great fit for someone who enjoys being the person who helps keep things organized behind the scenes.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. Occasional Saturday availability may be offered for scheduled make-up sessions, special events, or other center needs.
