Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced, patient-focused Endodontic practice. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Wednesday 6:30am-5:30 and fill in other days as needed Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures We Offer: Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
