Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Interventional Radiologist to become a part of our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality imaging services and execute interventional procedures that support our urology specialists, enhancing both diagnostic and therapeutic patient care.

This physician will work closely with urologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to streamline imaging processes, plan procedures effectively, and conduct image-guided interventions.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine pertinent to urological issues.

• Carry out interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular access, embolization, and other minimally invasive image-guided treatments.

• Consult with referring urologists regarding procedural choices and follow-up care.

• Engage in quality assurance, radiation safety, and the optimization of imaging protocols.

• Participate in patient education and collaborative decision-making.

• Contribute to the expansion of interventional radiology services within the practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology, with fellowship training and/or certification in Interventional Radiology.

• Possession of an active or eligible medical license in Colorado.

• Demonstrated procedural skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
