As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Field Operations in Saint Louis, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, employee spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
