Automotive Assistant & Service Manager We are seeking full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at Mavis in the Marathon, FL area. About the Position Assistant Manager role: supports Store Manager to run the store efficiently, enforce policies, schedule mechanics, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and safety. Service Manager role: assists customers with tire selections, recommends repairs, drives sales initiatives, directs workflow of mechanics, ensures high‑quality vehicle repair, communicates with customers, meets expectations.
