If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Avenues Recovery Center is seeking to hire Behavioral Health Technicians for our facility in Baton Rouge, LA!What You'll DoProvide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environmentMonitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staffRecord and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely mannerFulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid Driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety requiredStrong interpersonal and multitasking skillsWarm, compassionate and empathetic personalityDignified character that models recovery principlesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
