Delivery Associate – Full-Time & Part-Time At K&B Ace Hardware , we're more than a hardware store—we're your neighbors. We provide extensive training and are committed to helping you develop new skills and grow your career. Salary Range $17-$19 an hour What You'll Do Safely deliver merchandise to customers' homes and businesses. Provide friendly, professional customer service with every delivery. Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle, including routine inspections and basic upkeep. Answer customer questions and communicate feedback to the store team. Assist with store operations, stocking, and customer service when not making deliveries. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Safe driving record and valid driver's license. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to regularly lift and carry 40-pound bags throughout the day and occasionally lift items weighing up to 60 pounds. Many deliveries involve carrying merchandise up or down stairs or into basements and other customer locations. Why Join K&B Ace Hardware?
