Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFYs are welcome to apply
- Experience or coursework in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy
- Proficient in assessment, development, and delivery of IEP-based interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student's IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and services provided
- Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as required
- Engage and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to promote student growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
