Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Schedule: 6:00pm - 2:30am, M-F (Required Training on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
Pay Rate: $24 / hour

Location:  King of Prussia, PA

Training Schedule

During the 12-week program, candidates must be available to train on various shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to a permanent schedule of:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Program Overview

Participants will rotate through key warehouse functions, including:

• Receiving
• Inventory Control
• Order Picking & Packing
• Warehouse Operations

Training focuses on developing skills in:

• Inventory accuracy and cycle counting
• RF scanner and warehouse system usage
• Material handling and receiving
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Teamwork, problem-solving, and process improvement
