Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Team Administrator to oversee healthcare operations at Catoosa County Jail in Georgia. This full-time, weekday opportunity combines clinical leadership, team coordination, and hands-on patient care. You'll help guide a small healthcare team, support daily operations, and ensure patients receive compassionate, consistent, quality healthcare in a safe and structured correctional setting. - Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to the healthcare team.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with patient assessments as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and help ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Support staff training, development, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and promote compliance with applicable requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional facility leadership.
