Mailroom/Front Desk Associate - Part time/On-Call - Legal Environment - M-F First Shift

Overview Consider a new role today as a Part-Time On-Call Mailroom/Front Desk associate in Downtown Cincinnati, OH. In this position, you will fill in at the Mail Center or Front Desk when it gets busy or when full-time staff is out sick or on vacation. You can expect to work 5-12 days per month, sometimes full time hours if there's an open position. Perfect opportunity for students and retirees. Must be available Mon - Fri - 7am - 5pm. Hours: On-call and part-time, shifts may vary between regular business hours Monday-Friday Location(s): Mayfield Heights, OH Compensation: $18.00/hr; weekly pay Responsibilities The On-Call STAR will be responsible performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support . Additional responsibilities include: Mailroom activities such as scanning Amazon, FedEx, UPS packages each day, and helping deliver packages to students at our window Must be responsible and on time for work Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
