We are recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Richardson, TX area to partner with us in achieving that mission. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the general spectrum of conditions. Deliver psychotherapy, helping clients define goals and gain insights through personalized, committed care. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Use EMR to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, coordinate care, and provide crisis intervention when needed. Apply a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform treatment decisions. Qualifications Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in the state of Illinois. Passion for high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Over one year of professional experience providing psychotherapy. Proficiency in using an EMR system and managing patient records. Understanding of mental health disorders and various treatment modalities. Ability to work a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
