The work is FDOT style: roadway widening and reconstruction, utility relocation and upgrades, water, wastewater and stormwater systems, complete streets, intersections and signalization, with CMAR and design build delivery in the mix. WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners

WHAT GETS YOU THE SEAT

7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, plus Bluebeam Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field
