Escrow Officer

Escrow Officer Opportunity We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a growing title company. The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Managing residential and commercial real estate closing transactions from opening through funding and recording. Reviewing contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and other documentation to ensure compliance and a successful closing. Coordinating with title, lending, legal, real estate, and other parties to resolve title and closing issues. Preparing, reviewing, and executing all closing and escrow documents required for settlement and title insurance issuance. Conducting closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys. Verifying the accuracy of closing documents, funds, legal descriptions, acknowledgments, payoffs, taxes, HOA dues, and lien information prior to disbursement and recording. Managing escrow funds and overseeing the timely disbursement of proceeds in accordance with closing instructions. Supervising and supporting Escrow Assistants as needed. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys to generate repeat and referral business. Required qualifications for the position include: Five years of experience as an Escrow Officer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret documents. Strong attention to detail and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information. Notary Public certification or the ability to become bondable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - $90,000 for salaried positions. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
