We have an opening for a highly skilled Electrical/Electronic Technician with an OEM of Industrial Laser Workstations at our facility on the Scottsdale Airpark.

Job Description, Duties and Tasks

Applicants will be required to accomplish the following tasks:

• Wire Electrical panels

• Build Cables

• Assemble Cables into machine

• Label, wire and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards from basic wiring diagrams

• Check wiring for proper coding and termination. Check for shorts, grounds and continuity

• Participate in testing of completed machines, diagnose and remedy electrical programs detect defective material and recognize unusual conditions or operating difficulties and report to supervisor

• Be an active participant in meetings to communicate and help resolve any cost, quality, or production issues

• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures/regulations & code requirements

Job Requirements

• It is necessary to be able to read schematics, blueprints & technical drawings

• Candidates must have proof of knowledge of industrial electrical concepts & principles

• A basic comprehension of electrical components and their use in industrial design of cabinets

• Understand and operate various hand and power tools used in electrical assembly

• A willingness to assist assembly team with other duties as required

• Possess good communication and personal skills; be able to independently solve problems while interacting with various team members on daily processes and workflow

• A small, specialized workplace often requires multi-tasking & a mix of various duties throughout a given day.

• Display a positive attitude with the ability to be versatile and flexible

Company Requests

We prefer applicants with a minimum of 5 years minimum experience.

Dut to current contract security requirements you must be a US Citizen.

Salary is negotiable depending upon experience
