Design Architect

Miscione Design Studio Architects (MDS) is an Aspen Valley-based firm providing bespoke architectural services with a strong emphasis on detailed, custom components. We are currently seeking a design professional to contribute to our refined workflow. This role involves managing projects from concept to completion, offering diverse responsibilities and hands‑on experience with high‑design projects. Requirements: Professional Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited NAAB school of architecture. 4 to 10 years of professional experience using Revit in an architectural or related discipline. Mixed use multifamily project experience. Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering platforms. Experience working with a project team from schematic design through construction administration. Proven graphic, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong interest in modern and contemporary design. Ability to multitask with a high level of detail and accuracy. Reliable transportation for mountain travel. Personal Qualities: Self‑motivated with a strong desire to produce meaningful work. Commitment to lifelong learning. Ability to develop creative solutions from concept to completion. Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary commensurate with experience and skillset. Full health insurance and seven weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
