What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to emergency department patients
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including infection control protocols

What You Need

• Active Louisiana RN license
• 2+ years in ER or similar acute care environment
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and medical software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
• Experience working in fast-paced hospital settings
