Systems Engineer

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the organization’s servers, systems, cloud services, and end-user technology environment. The role has a broad systems administration focus, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, virtual machines, networking, storage, Microsoft 365, and escalated internal user support. The position also supports Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID as part of the organization’s hybrid infrastructure and identity environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can troubleshoot issues across endpoints, identity, servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. • Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, service accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, maintenance, and retirement
• Support backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster-recovery processes
