What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right new or pre-owned Chevrolet that fits their needs.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
- Master Capitol Chevy's sales process and CRM tools.
- Work with managers and teammates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive, competitive, and team-first attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not requiredwe'll train the right person.
