We offer our team marvelous benefits and flexible schedules as well as a positive work environment RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)Planning, directing and organizing health services of the Nursing Home in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelinesProvide evaluation, training and consistent oversight of caregivers and work assignmentsAssist with Internal and External marketing and events to meet occupancy goalsAbility to build effective working relationships and a positive team atmosphere with people of all backgroundsPossess initiative, good judgment and leadership ability to work well with the community, residents, families and staffPossess understanding and compassion for the elderly population QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)Graduate of a state board approved LPN programCurrently licensed as an LPN in the state of IowaExperience with long-term care programsSuccessful completion of LPN Supervisory course within 6 months of employmentOne year of supervisory experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHeart for working with the elderlyCan you build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and clients?
