It involves determining where and how teams adopt AI tools and measuring usage and skills. The position ensures that priorities translate into tangible business outcomes. This role operates within the Office of the CEO to drive company-wide impact through an AI-first agenda.## Required Qualifications and SkillsThe role requires 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy, BizOps, Finance, or Consulting, with a strong preference for startup and transformation experience within the SaaS/B2B space. Candidates must have a proven track record of changing how teams work by redesigning workflows and implementing people/process frameworks. Deep familiarity with modern AI and productivity tools, including LLM-based copilots, automation, and BI, is essential, along with a practical, human-first approach to how non-technical teams adopt new technology. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are needed to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority, moving between executive-level strategy and detailed execution. A passion for measurement, including defining KPIs and designing skill frameworks, is also required. A self-motivated, builder mindset is valued, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority strategic initiatives.
