WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The standard schedule goes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our Customer Experience Coordinator is the go-to support person for account executives and our wellness team, stepping in as needed to help with a wide variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities. From supporting customer communication and event logistics to maintaining administrative files and wellness initiatives, you'll play a very active role in our office. You'll be responsible for:
- Updating customer information and coordinating broker communication
- Assisting with bulk/regulatory communication, including compliance-related forms, company announcements, product rollouts, and wellness activities
- Drafting and proofreading professional correspondence, marketing materials, and other resources
- Coordinating logistics for internal meetings, benefit fairs, onsite visits, and vendor meetings
- Overseeing customer recognition activities, including welcoming new members and celebrating milestones
- Supporting various projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Elevating the member experience and delivering incredible customer service

- Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations
- Ability to learn and master internal systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Qualifications:
- Customer service, administrative support, or account coordination experience
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industries
- Some college coursework
