Compensation: $24.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Operator workers for a manufacturing and industrial equipment production company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality precision components while supporting a team dedicated to innovation and craftsmanship. • Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make offsets to maintain quality standards
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues during production
• Set up and adjust CNC machines for different production runs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:

• 1-2 years of CNC machining experience required
• Ability to safely and independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Experience setting up and adjusting CNC equipment for production runs
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and machining issues
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
