What You’ll Do Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care. Manage Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments. Promote Digital Banking: Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease. Connect Customers to Solutions: Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions. Support Branch Operations: Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness. Professional Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently. Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards. Stay Informed: Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Comfortable navigating digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, puts customers first and enjoys creating positive experiences. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods. Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs. Ability to travel between office locations as needed. Extensive computer and phone usage. Ability to perform repetitive motions. Schedule Hours are generally Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts; schedules may vary based on branch needs. May involve occasional travel to nearby branch locations based on staffing needs.
